A message from the instructor – Mr Andile Fulane

Mr Andile Fulane is a visionary, creative strategist, writer and public speaker. He started his career in the First Rand Group, from Momentum Insurance, moving to Rand Merchant Bank Asset Management, then later joined Eskom Pension fund as an investment accountant and investment performance analyst.

He is a serial entrepreneur and investor with intests in property, personal financial wellness, wealth management training and FinTech through his companies, FinLite which used to trade as Seed of Prosperity where he still serves as CEO.

Andile is one of the first consumer champions and financial literacy pioneers in South Africa, and has reached thousands of people through his training, coaching and books. He has worked with big brands like Capitec Bank, Old Mutual and PSG Wealth.

As a believer, Andile is passionate about reaching out to others, as such he has launched a bursary fund targeting young people, offering a 100% bursary for their Wealth Management NQ5 qualification. This initiative also has a high school youth in finance development program, where they empower learners in grade 11 and 12 with knowledge and skills to prepare them for a successful career in the financial services in order to reduce the mismatch between skills and jobs which is currently contributing to the challenge of youth unemployment. The program currently reaches out to township schools in Diepsloot, Tembisa, Soweto and Vosloorus in the East Rand. They partner with insurance and investment companies to provide support in the method of talks, learnerships and work place experience.

His FinTech company, Moneyac built a first of its kind end to personal finance platform, which is now being customized as an alternative property financing platform with the objective of solving the affordable housing crisis in South Africa and the rest of the continent for mid to low income earning families.

After years of being a guest expert on TV, RADIO and Print, Andile has decided to own the platform and drive the conversation around property investing, housing and wealth creation through his weekly podcast “The Property Revolution” where he engages his guests on a robust debate around these topics. Andile enjoys teaching new financial planners, his vision being to launch a new breed of financial planners who understand customer needs better, and would go out in helping them achieve their financial dreams.
